We do not make free exchanges.

Our exchanges are made using a voucher so that you can make a new purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are not included in the value of the voucher.

The User may return the product(s) ordered 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:

a) The product(s) have not been used;

b) The product(s) retain their original characteristics and labels intact

The customer must request the return of the order via email returns@kaoaofficial.com indicating the item(s) they want to return, as well as the shipping number order.

The cost of return is borne by the customer. Please note that, if your return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Kaoâ will not reimburse the shipping costs.

Therefore, Kaoâ will not refund expenses relating to postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order nor customs fees.

Yes, you can return any order placed in our store to one of our official stores; or in Guimarães, or in Porto. To check our locations and opening hours, click here

Once the return has been received at our warehouse, you will receive the amount in the same way as you made your purchase in the bank account associated with the card or Paypal account with which you made the payment within a maximum of 14 days.

We will send you an e-mail when we have made the refund.

If the refund amount is incorrect you should send an email to hello@kaoaofficial.com and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery time in Europe varies between 20-30 working days. Rest of the world: 20-30 working days. Portugal and Spain: 8-12

Our orders are made by hand as we receive them. For this reason, we are unable to ship your item immediately.

We cannot guarantee urgent shipments for the reasons explained above. However, our team will do everything possible to ensure that your order is dispatched quickly.
