EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The User may return the ordered product (s) 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:

a) The product (s) have not been used;

b) The product (s) keep their original characteristics and labels intact;

c) The product (s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.

The customer must request the return of the order by e-mail returns@kaoaofficial.com indicating the item (s) he wants to return, as well as the order number.

The cost of the return is borne by the customer. Note that, if your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Kaoâ will not reimburse the shipping costs. Therefore, Kaoâ will not reimburse the expenses related to the postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order, nor the customs costs fees.

Once the returned product is received, Kaoâ will analyze and confirm its condition and, when applicable, will refund within 15 (fifteen) days the amount paid for the item (s) without any expenses for the user.

In cases of exchanges, your refund can be made through a voucher for the value of the item or items returned. Please note, possible later returns of items purchased with voucher will always be made via voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months.

If you want to return one or more items, you can request a refund for the same payment method.

If the returned items are damaged or showing signs of use, Kaoâ reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse to refund them.

In case of defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Kaoâ is responsible for collecting the item (s) from an address chosen by the user. Please note, collections are only accepted from the original country of dispatch of the respective order, excluding islands.

CHRISTMAS SHOPPING: Orders placed between November 27th and December 25th can be returned until January 18th.
